Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and agile Area Sales Manager to join our specialty gas business vertical in South India. The primary responsibility will be business development and driving the growth of sales numbers for the division. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets to expand our market presence in the specialty gas industry. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: • Identify and develop new business opportunities • Actively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients and projects. Sales Growth & Targets: • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the division. • Ensure consistent and effective follow-up on leads and client inquiries. Client Relationship Management:



• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Collaboration with Internal Teams: • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies and product offerings. • Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management team.
