Job Description

QRlive is looking for an energetic and motivated Field Sales Intern to join our growing sales team.

As a Field Sales Intern, you will be responsible for visiting cafés, restaurants, pubs, and other food businesses, introducing them to QRlive's products, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and helping convert prospects into customers.

This is a hands-on sales role where you will interact directly with business owners and decision-makers. You will work closely with the founding team and gain practical experience in B2B sales, customer acquisition, negotiation, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit restaurants, cafés, pubs, and other potential clients across Hyderabad.
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits.
- Meet restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Pitch QRlive's products and explain their business advantages.
- Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer questions.




- Generate qualified leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings or demos.
- Handle objections and assist in negotiating and closing deals.
- Maintain daily records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation and sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in approaching and speaking with business owners.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable with regular field travel.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Telugu is preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome.
