About US:
Dynamics Square is looking for an
experienced and aggressive Senior Sales Manager
to drive international revenue growth across ERP, IT, SaaS, and enterprise technology solutions.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of
closing B2B/Enterprise technology deals, achieving revenue targets, managing international clients, and leading sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and achieve
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets
.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to
enterprise deal closure
.
- Develop new business across the
UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and other international markets
.
- Build relationships with
C-level executives, CIOs, CFOs, CTOs, CEOs, and business owners
.
- Lead high-value ERP and IT solution sales, negotiations, presentations, and proposals.




- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
- Identify strategic accounts, upselling, cross-selling, and new revenue opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and drive the performance of the sales team.
- Represent Dynamics Square in client meetings, events, exhibitions, and international business engagements.

Required Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in ERP Sales, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, Enterprise Software, or Technology Sales.
- Proven record of
meeting and exceeding sales/revenue targets
.
- Solid experience in
international B2B sales
.
- Experience selling ERP solutions such as
Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo, Sage, Infor
, etc. is highly preferred.
- Previous onsite work experience in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, Middle East, or any other international market is strongly preferred.
- Strong experience handling
enterprise clients and C-level stakeholders
