Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of PR Executives, ensuring effective delegation, execution, mentoring, and performance management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, media houses, influencers, and industry stakeholders across relevant sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic PR and media outreach plans to secure impactful coverage across print, digital, television, radio, and online platforms.
- Handle media pitching, press releases, interviews, media interactions, follow-ups, and leadership profiling for clients.
- Manage client relationships, understand business objectives, and translate them into effective PR and communication strategies.
- Proactively identify and execute New Media opportunities, including podcasts, digital platforms, YouTube, influencer collaborations, and emerging media formats.
- Demonstrate robust expertise in influencer management across different industries, including identification, outreach, negotiation, coordination, and campaign execution.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute client podcasts,



including identifying relevant platforms/hosts, coordinating guests, and managing pre- and post-production communication.
- Support and manage YouTube channels and content initiatives, including content positioning, collaborations, and visibility opportunities.
- Develop creative campaign ideas, communication strategies, media angles, and integrated PR initiatives in collaboration with content, digital, and creative teams.
- Create and deliver pitch decks, business presentations, communication proposals, and client presentations, confidently presenting strategies and ideas to prospective and existing clients.
- Track media coverage, campaign performance, client deliverables, and communication outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
