AreaKey Responsibilities1. QMS ImplementationImplement and maintain ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 requirements across all departments. Ensure processes comply with the Quality Management System.2. Documentation ControlControl Quality Manual, Procedures, SOPs, Work Instructions, Formats, Process Standards, Forms and Records. Ensure latest revisions are available at point of use.3. Internal AuditPrepare annual/monthly audit plans and conduct internal process, product and system audits. Identify NCs and track closure.4. IATF Core ToolsCoordinate implementation of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and Control Plan. Ensure documents are updated based on engineering/process changes.5. Customer RequirementsReview and communicate customer-specific requirements (CSR), drawing/specification changes and quality requirements to concerned departments.6. NCR & CAPAManage internal/customer non-conformities, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions. Follow 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D and verify effectiveness.7. Customer ComplaintsCoordinate customer complaints, prepare 8D reports, ensure containment,



root-cause analysis and permanent corrective action within agreed timelines.8. Process ComplianceConduct regular process audits to verify compliance with SOP, Control Plan, PFMEA, inspection standards and customer requirements.9. Risk ManagementMaintain process risks, contingency plans, business continuity requirements and action plans related to potential quality/process failures.10. Change ManagementControl ECN/ECR/process changes and ensure required documents such as PFMEA, Control Plan, WI, inspection standards and PPAP are updated.11. Calibration / MSAMonitor calibration status of gauges and measuring instruments. Coordinate MSA studies such as Gauge R&R; and ensure records are maintained.12. SPC & Quality DataMonitor process capability, SPC, rejection, rework, PPM, COPQ and other quality KPIs. Identify trends and initiate improvement actions.13.
