We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive to develop new business, manage existing customers, and achieve assigned sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, promoting company products, and driving business growth.

Candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers to close sales.
- Follow up on orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.




- Prepare regular sales and activity reports for management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
