Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for permanent positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job description.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Provide guidance on salary negotiations and offer extensions to ensure successful placements.
Job Requirements :
- 5-25 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or permanent staffing.
- Robust understanding of niche hiring (mid-level), lateral hiring, and permanent hiring processes.
- Excellent talent sourcing skills including ability to source passive candidates through networking events and industry conferences.
