Ferrohub Mall is a unique open-air lifestyle destination designed around experiences, entertainment, sports, food, and engaging outdoor spaces. We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Digital Marketing Executive to build and grow the mall’s digital presence.

Position

Digital Marketing Executive – Full Time

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Ferrohub Mall’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging social media posts, reels, stories, and promotional creatives using Canva.
- Develop fresh and creative content ideas based on current social media trends, viral formats, and audience interests.
- Conceptualize and execute reels, campaigns, festive content, event promotions, and mall activities.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Capture and coordinate content from events, activities, stores, sports, and experiences at the mall.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and creative copy for social media.
- Monitor social media trends,



competitor activities, and emerging content formats.
- Track social media performance and suggest ideas to improve reach, engagement, and followers.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to promote upcoming events, offers, and activities.

Required Skills & Experience
- Candidates MUST have prior experience in digital marketing/social media content creation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Canva is mandatory.
- Must be able to independently create posts, reels, stories, and other social media creatives.
- Strong understanding of Instagram trends, reels, viral content, and social media algorithms.
- Creative thinker who can consistently come up with new, relevant, and trend-based content ideas.
- Positive communication and copywriting skills.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
