About Credibled

Credibled is a Canadian owned background screening platform headquartered in Toronto. Staffing agencies, recruitment firms and employers use us to run criminal record checks, reference checks, identity verification and social media screening in minutes instead of days. We are founder led, bootstrapped and growing.

The role

We are hiring a 360 SaaS Sales Specialist to own outbound sales into Canada and the United States from our Chennai office. You build the pipeline, run the discovery calls, demo the product, close the business, and then keep the account. Every client you sign stays yours.

Giving small and mid sized clients a real human point of contact is one of the reasons they choose us over the large enterprise providers. That only works if the person who sold the account is the person who supports it. So this role owns both.

This is a closing role with a quota. It is not lead generation for someone else to close.

You will report to Credibled's sales leadership in Toronto and work directly with the founders. You will be employed through our Chennai partner,



Bumsa Talent Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and based in their Chennai office.

New business
- Build pipeline through cold calling, email, LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
- Qualify prospects and diagnose how they screen candidates today
- Run product demos that connect Credibled to the prospect's actual hiring workflow
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact through negotiation and signed business
- Prepare proposals and quotations
- Hit monthly and quarterly targets on recent accounts and check volume

Account ownership
- Onboard every client you close and get them running their first checks
- Act as the named point of contact for your accounts and respond to day to day questions
- Train new users at your accounts as their teams change
- Watch usage across your book and step in when an account goes quiet
- Grow accounts by introducing additional check types they are not yet using
- Re-engage dorm
