Detailed JD for the Middleware Support Engineer
Strong Middleware operational support experience within a live production environment.
Hands-on experience supporting IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and/or IBM ACE, alongside IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
Experience delivering BAU activities such as:
Certificate renewals
Route to Live changes
Vulnerability patching
Investigation and resolution of production incidents
Ability to work effectively with project teams, technical teams, internal stakeholders and third parties.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Positive, service-oriented approach with a willingness to take direction and support a stable production environment.
Please note that this is not a Developer or Architect role. We are specifically looking for candidates with a robust support and operational background within Middleware technologies.
Experience with additional technologies such as WebLogic, JBoss and Urban Code Deploy (UCD) would be advantageous but is not essentia
