Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery Support
- Assist in monitoring and coordinating soft services including cleaning, waste management, pest control, landscaping, catering services and any other scope as required at client location
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure service quality standards are maintained
- Help prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports
Vendor and Contractor Management
- Assist in coordinating with soft services vendors and contractors
Client Relations




- Support client communication regarding soft services matters
- Assist in responding to client queries and service requests
- Help prepare client presentations and meeting materials
- Participate in client walkthroughs and feedback sessions
Administrative and Operational Tasks
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Help coordinate service schedules and contractor access
Learning and Development
- Shadow experienced soft services professionals
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Required Qualifications
Education
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Team player with willin
