About the Role
As a Sales Associate (Academic Counselor) at Connect My Expert, you are the first human voice a student or
parent speaks to. Your role is to understand the child's academic needs and guide the family toward the right
tutoring solution. You manage the complete student acquisition journey from first contact through to enrolment,
serving families across the UAE, UK, USA, Singapore and India studying IB Diploma, IGCSE, A Levels, AP, SAT
and CBSE.
Key Responsibilities
1. Engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone, WhatsApp and email in a timely and professional
manner.
2. Conduct structured needs-analysis conversations with parents to understand the child's curriculum, grade
level, subject gaps and learning style.
3.
Schedule and coordinate free demo sessions with the Tutor Hiring team for qualified leads.
4. Handle objections professionally and guide parents toward enrolment decisions.
5. Log all interactions, updates and follow-up tasks in the CRM system within 5 minutes of every call.
6. Follow up consistently on all leads as per the defined follow-up protocol until closure or disqualification.
7. Work across international time zones UAE, UK and USA leads may require evening availability.
8. Meet daily calling targets and weekly enrolment targets.
9. Coordinate with the Tutor Hiring team on student requirements and demo readiness.
10. Maintain complete and accurate records of all student and parent interactions in CRM.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Education, Business or Psychology backgrounds preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English essential for international client interaction.
