About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Infra Leader to own, run, and scale the entire network, infrastructure, and cybersecurity landscape of a fast-growing F&B;/QSR retail network (100+ stores).
This is a leadership role responsible for network reliability, security posture, cloud-on-prem hybrid infra, and smooth store operations across India.

Key Responsibilities

A. Network & Infrastructure Management
- Design, manage,



and optimize multi-location network architecture connecting HO, corporate office, CMLs, warehouses, and 100+ stores.
- Lead operations of firewalls, routers, switches, SD-WAN/MPLS, VPN tunnels, VLAN segmentation, and ISP failovers.
- Ensure 99.9% uptime for POS, ERP (Nav/LS Retail), mobile apps
- Own performance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network connectivity.

B. Security & Compliance
- Own enterprise security posture: EDR, Firewall Policies, SIEM/SOC, patching, identity management.
- Drive best practices for endpoint protection, network hardening, and ransomware prevention.
- Lead backup strategy, DR/BCP, and security audits.
- Work closely with Technology teams to ensure secure API, cloud, and data access

C. Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure
- Manage and integrate infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and on-prem systems.
- Lead Active Directory Entra (Azure AD) planning and migration.
