Designation: Telecalling Executive

Experience Level: 1–2 years

Department: Commercial

Location: BPTP Park Centra, Jal Vayu Vihar, Sector 30, Gurugram, Haryana 122001

Salary Budget: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to commercial/business queries
- Communicate with clients/customers to share information on products, services, and offers
- Follow up with leads and existing clients for commercial requirements
- Maintain accurate records of calls, queries, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and commercial requests
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets as set by the team
- Update and maintain the calling database and CRM records




- Ensure a skilled and courteous approach on every call

Key Skills Required
- 1–2 years of relevant telecalling/commercial experience
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal) — must
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to handle high call volumes with patience and professionalism
- Target-oriented and disciplined approach to work
