We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Overseas Sales & Recruitment Executive to manage leads, independently source prospects, explain overseas career opportunities, and drive successful conversions, registrations and enrolments.

Job Responsibilities
- Handle and qualify leads interested in overseas career opportunities.
- Independently source potential prospects through calls, referrals, online platforms and other relevant channels.
- Explain overseas career opportunities, eligibility, process, fees and timelines clearly.
- Understand prospects’ requirements and provide accurate information.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain professional communication throughout the sales process.
- Convince prospects, handle objections and effectively close conversions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial enquiry to registration and enrolment.
- Ensure successful completion of the registration and enrolment process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads,



follow-ups and conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales, conversion and enrolment targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams after enrolment for smooth process continuation.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales or Business Development.
- Strong sales, convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Excellent English communication and solid interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently source leads and convert prospects.
- Strong target-oriented approach with the ability to meet sales goals.
- Experience in overseas recruitment specifically for healthcare professionals will be preferred.
- Comfortable working with calls, WhatsApp, CRM and basic Excel/Google Sheets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
