The Role

We are hiring a Marketo Practice Lead to grow our Marketo Engage business out of the Hyderabad office. This is a growth and go-to-market role, not a delivery management role. You will own the front end of the practice: pipeline creation, pre-sales solutioning, webinars and field events, our Adobe Marketo alliance, and building the senior bench that supports it all.

You will partner closely with sales, marketing, and delivery leadership to convert NextRows Marketo capability into qualified pipeline and signed engagements. Success looks like a steady flow of Adobe-sourced and self-sourced opportunities, a recognized voice for NextRow in the Marketo community, and a Hyderabad team that is growing in size and seniority.
What Youll Do
Pre-Sales and Solutioning




- Own pre-sales for all Marketo Engage opportunities: lead discovery workshops, build solution architectures, scope engagements, and shape commercial constructs that win and deliver.
- Drive the technical narrative in client pitches, demos, and RFP responses, including transition stories from competing MAPs (HubSpot, Pardot, Eloqua) and joint Marketo + Adobe Experience Cloud value plays.
- Build and maintain a sharp library of demo environments, proof-of-value plans, reference architectures, and case studies tailored to B2B buyer personas.
- Qualify opportunities ruthlessly to protect delivery margin and ensure every signed SOW is a deal the practice can deliver successfully.
Demand Generation and Lead Generation
- Partner with NextRow marketing to own the Marketo practice demand engine: campaign themes, target account lists, content calendar, and monthly pipeline targets.
