About Investing for Mummies

Investing for Mummies (IFM) is a financial literacy initiative that runs live, cohort-based courses for mothers, teenagers, and young adults. IFM has enrolled 116 students to date across its programmes and is scaling with paid marketing support starting this quarter. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who wants to own a number, not just support one.

The Role

IFM's growth runs across three lanes: getting people to look (content), converting interest into payment (sales), and delivering the course experience (retention & operations). This role owns the middle lane in full — every prospect, from the moment they raise their hand to the moment they pay. It is the only role at IFM measured directly in rupees.

This is a phone- and WhatsApp-first sales role for an education product, closer to an Admissions Counsellor or Enrolment Executive than a traditional B2B sales role — built for someone with 1–3 years of experience converting warm leads, not cold outbound.





What You'll Own
- The full pipeline

Every prospect from first interest to payment — including the current backlog of open, warm prospects.
- All fresh leads

Everything generated through IFM's content and social channels, plus the registration-page waitlist. This is the core of the role.
- The CRM

Full ownership of data quality in the sales CRM.
- Closing

Calls, WhatsApp conversations, objection handling, and follow-through to payment.
- Attribution

Setting up and issuing discount/source-tracking codes so every enrolment can be traced to its source.
- The number

Seats filled per cohort, tracked in both seat count and revenue.
- Founder coordination

Coordinating enquiries received by the founder, and managing communication and follow-ups with prospective participants.
- Corporate & institutional enquiries

Managing corporate, institutional and partnership enquiries — understanding
