We Are Hiring | BIM MEP Coordinator – Data Centre Projects

JKR Consulting & Services is seeking an experienced
BIM MEP Coordinator
to join our team for the delivery of complex and critical
Data Centre projects
.

The ideal candidate will have
7–10 years of overall BIM/MEP experience
, with solid expertise in
MEP

coordination, BIM workflows, clash detection, model QA/QC, and Data Centre infrastructure
.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary MEP BIM models.

• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and other specialist services.

• Perform clash detection, coordination, and issue resolution using
Navisworks Manage
.

• Develop and review BIM models in accordance with
LOD 300–500, BEP, EIR, ISO 19650, and project-

specific BIM standards
.

• Manage federated models, coordination meetings, clash reports, issue tracking, and model QA/QC.

• Coordinate critical Data Centre systems, including
HVAC,



chilled water, electrical containment, cable

trays, piping, and fire protection systems
.

• Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, site teams, and multidisciplinary project teams.

Required Skills:

Revit MEP | Navisworks Manage | AutoCAD | BIM 360/ACC | Clash Detection | Model Coordination | QA/QC | ISO 19650

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline. Candidates with a Diploma and strong relevant Data Centre BIM experience may also be considered.
