As an L2 PKI Specialist you will be responsible for the operational management maintenance and enhancement of the organizations PKI infrastructure You will ensure secure certificate lifecycle management troubleshoot PKI related issues and support integration of cryptographic services across enterprise systems
Primary Skill MS PKI 4 years
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and design PKI architectures tailored to their specific needs
- Design scalable and secure PKI architectures that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with client teams to integrate PKI solutions into their existing systems and applications
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PKI solutions with various applications and systems
- Administer and maintain Certificate Authorities CAs Registration Authorities RAs and related components
- Manage certificate lifecycle issuance renewal revocation and distribution
- Monitor and maintain CRLs and OCSP responders
- Enforce PKI policies Certificate Practice Statements CPS and Certificate Policies CP
- Ensure compliance with standards such as NIST 80057 CABF GDPR ISO 27001
- Secure CA private keys and enforce key management controls
- Resolve issues related to certificate trust chains revocation status and encryption failures
- Provide L2 support for PKI related incidents and escalate complex issues to L3
- Integrate PKI services into CICD pipelines container platforms eg Kubernetes and MDM IoT environments
- Maintain detailed documentation of PKI configurations procedures and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with infrastructure network and application teams to ensure seamless PKI integration
