Role: Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months Internship (PPO / Full time opportunity based on performance)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring efforts across business and technology functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, employer branding, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.




- Maintain and update candidate databases, hiring trackers, and recruitment reports with accuracy.
- Assist in posting job openings across various recruitment platforms and monitor application pipelines.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring activities, and recruitment events.
- Communicate regularly with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
- Assist with offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
Learning & Exposure
- Hands-on experience with the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Exposure to sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
