Roles and Responsibilities

Job Description :

1) Expertise in high end Residential Villa and Bungalow construction - works like RCC work, Core & Shell, Construction of bungalow

2) Quantity Estimation, BBS and Cost and Budget Management

3) Project Management, Co-ordination with clients and consultants,

4) Project Planning and Monitoring

5) Work measurements recording and Subcontractors R.A. Bill Checking.

6) Day to Day Construction Supervisions on site

7) Maintaining Daily, Weekly & Monthly project reports.

8) Responsible for forecasting of requirement of material and managing sub-contractor, Labour contractor and departmental labour involve in various activities,

9) Quality Management

10) Interior and finishing work

Work Experience : 5 to 7 years

Qualification : Graduate Civil Engineer (B.E.)

CTC : 5 L to 6 L per Annum

Desired Candidate Profile

The candidate should have experience in hight end Villa and Bungalow construction with interior and finishing background.
