- Handle inbound customer calls.
- Make outbound follow-up calls.
- Provide information on Cloudnine services and healthcare offerings
- Explain maternity/birthing packages.• Book appointments across specialties.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve complaints within SLA.
- Accurately update CRM after every interaction
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills,

- basic computer knowledge, MS Office
- CRM/Call Centre applications
