Role & responsibilities
- Manage accounting, financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and cash flow.
- Handle export-import accounting, documentation, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA, RBI, DGFT, and Customs.
- Manage distributor accounting, receivables, claims, incentives, and rebates.
- Monitor working capital, margins, profitability, and business performance.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
- Prepare financial analysis and reports for management.

Preferred candidate profile
- Qualified CA with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience; freshly qualified CAs can also apply.
- Robust knowledge of Finance & Accounts, GST, and Export-Import.
- Knowledge of FEMA, RBI, DGFT, Customs, and international trade documentation.
- Experience in distribution finance and channel accounting preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, Oracle, or Dynamics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
