Job Title: Senior Manager Supply Chain & Warehouse

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Supply Chain & Warehouse leader with 10 plus years experience to manage end-to-end supply chain, inventory, warehouse, logistics and distribution operations across India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive demand planning, SKU-wise inventory planning and supply chain operations.
- Optimise inventory and minimise stock-outs, excess, ageing and obsolete stock.
- Manage warehouse operations including GRN, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, OTIF fulfilment and timely pan-India distribution.
- Manage 3PL, logistics and vendor partners and optimise operational/freight costs.
- Establish SOPs, SLAs, MIS and KPIs to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead stock audits,



reconciliation and inventory ageing analysis.
- Drive cost optimisation, process improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, Academic/R&D; and Technology teams.
- Lead and develop high-performing supply chain and warehouse teams.

Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehouse / Inventory / Distribution.
- Strong experience in demand planning, inventory optimisation, 3PL and vendor management.
- Experience managing multi-location/pan-India operations and large SKU portfolios.
- Robust leadership, analytical, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Preschool or School industry experience is preferred .
