Principal Accountabilities
- Brand Strategy Support
- Assist in executing brand marketing plans across offline (retail, events) and online (social, website) platforms.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity and communication across all customer touchpoints.
- Coordinate brand calendar rollouts for campaigns, festive launches, and regional activations.
- Product Collection Coordination
- Work closely with design and merchandising teams on product naming, packaging, and storytelling.
- Support current collection launches with marketing inputs, sample coordination, and content planning.
- Help create product decks, look books, and training tools for internal teams.
- Campaign Planning Execution
- Support the end-to-end rollout of brand campaigns from asset planning and approvals to execution across print, digital, and in-store.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and showroom teams to ensure timely execution.




- Track campaign performance and share weekly reports on reach, engagement, and sales impact.
- Retail Digital Integration
- Assist in aligning retail storytelling (VM, POS materials, in-store experience) with online campaigns.
- Help build CRM campaigns, influencer collaborations, and festive initiatives.
- Support e-commerce and social teams with brand content, copy, and visual coordination.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the link between brand, creative, media, PR, and retail operations teams.
- Ensure timely approvals, follow-ups, and execution across departments.
- Maintain brand trackers, budget sheets, and campaign calendars.
- Research Insights
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends both in traditional luxury retail and digital channels.
- Assist with customer feedback collation, survey planning, and consumer insight projects.
