Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and result-driven Telugu Telemarketing Executive to join our team at Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have strong telesales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently engage with customers, understand their requirements, and convert leads into successful sales.

Candidates with a proven hardcore telesales background and excellent convincing skills will be preferred. Candidates from other sales backgrounds with strong English communication and a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets may also apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote and explain company products/services to customers over the phone.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Effectively communicate product/service perks and value propositions.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Use strong convincing and negotiation skills to convert leads into sales.




- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve individual and team-based telesales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Provide regular updates on lead status and sales performance.

Candidate Requirements Education
- Minimum 12th Pass or above.

Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales/telemarketing preferred.
- Candidates with strong sales experience in other sectors may also apply.
- Proven experience in hardcore telesales and lead conversion will be an advantage.

Language Communication Skills:

- English Mandatory

The candidate should be confident, articulate, persuasive, and comfortable communicating with customers over the telephone.
