The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering software development projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Location: Thane. The incumbent will report to the Assistant General Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end software development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Create comprehensive project plans, detailing tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and interdependencies.
- Allocate resources efficiently, assign responsibilities, and monitor task completion to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify potential risks and issues early; develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead regular project status meetings and provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure adherence to established software development methodologies; recommend process improvements where necessary.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project performance and capture lessons learned for future projects.
