Job Role - Plant Purchase

Location: Baner, Pune
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
Industry: Manufacturing / Automobile preferred

Key Responsibilities : -
- Handle PR, RFQ, quotation comparison, and PO processes.
- Identify and coordinate with vendors/suppliers.
- Negotiate price, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Procure plant spares, MRO items, consumables, tools, PPE, and services.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Maintenance, Quality, Finance, and Logistics.
- Monitor supplier performance for Quality, Cost & Delivery (QCD).
- Resolve delivery, shortage, quality, and documentation issues.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor data, POs,



and procurement reports.
- Support cost reduction and vendor development activities.

Required Skills -
- Vendor management & negotiation
- Knowledge of PR, RFQ, PO, GRN & invoice process
- SAP B1 & MS Excel
- Plant / manufacturing procurement knowledge
- Positive communication, coordination & follow-up skills
- Ability to handle urgent requirements

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
