The person shall be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to the organization, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements such as Master Service Agreements, Supply Agreements, Manufacturing Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements etc. The role involves developing and maintaining standard legal templates and policies, advising on legal and regulatory compliance, Housekeeping-ensuring proper maintenance and regular updating of legal documents and contracts, contract interpretation, and dispute resolution, and conducting legal research on corporate, employment, and intellectual property laws. The position will support intellectual property management, coordinate with and manage external legal counsels including in litigation matters, assess legal risks associated with business decisions, conduct internal legal awareness and training programs, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective legal support across the organization.
