About the Role

We are looking for a **customer-focused and result-oriented Service Advisor** to manage the complete customer service experience, from vehicle reception and inspection to service coordination, billing, and final delivery. The ideal candidate should have solid automobile knowledge, excellent customer-handling skills, and the ability to drive workshop revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries, vehicle reception, inspection, and service requirements professionally.

* Prepare accurate **job cards, estimates, repair orders, and service documentation**.

* Diagnose customer-reported concerns and coordinate with technicians for proper inspection and repair.

* Explain technical issues, repair requirements, costs, and timelines clearly to customers.





* Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure **quality work and timely vehicle delivery**.

* Provide regular updates to customers throughout the service process.

* Identify and recommend genuine additional repair and maintenance requirements.

* Ensure proper **upselling/cross-selling** of service, parts, and value-added services.

* Conduct final quality checks and ensure vehicles are delivered as committed.

* Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution within defined timelines.

* Maintain accurate customer records, vehicle history, job cards, and daily service reports.

* Achieve assigned **revenue, customer satisfaction, conversion, and productivity targets**.

* Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and workshop processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Diploma / ITI / Automobile Engineering qualification preferred.

4-8 years of relevant experience**
