About the Role:

Coastal Grand is looking for an HR Executive to be based at our Namakkal office, responsible for centralized resource management and HR operations across all 12 Coastal Grand locations. This role will oversee manpower planning, staffing allocation, and workforce coordination across branches, ensuring the right talent is available at the right location at the right time. The ideal candidate will work closely with location-level teams and management to standardize HR practices, drive recruitment pipelines, and manage resource deployment across the network from a central base in Namakkal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Handle payroll coordination and liaise with finance/accounts for salary processing.




- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, labour laws, etc.)
- Address employee grievances and support a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Draft and maintain HR policies, letters (offer, appointment, relieving, experience), and documentation.
- Support disciplinary processes and exit formalities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist role (retail, hospitality, or similar sector preferred).
- Robust knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS software.
- Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:
- Experience in a hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with local labour market in Tamilna
