Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold calling, emails, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Promote and present the company’s IT services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Conduct client discussions, negotiations, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and update CRM records.
- Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, IT Sales,



or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Sales, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development preferred.
- Good understanding of IT services and B2B sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong networking, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, CRM, and lead-generation tools preferred.
- Ability to identify client requirements and recommend suitable IT services.
- Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and result-driven.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
