Reports To: Customer , Host & Crown Regional Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Quality Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. The Customer Quality Engineer will serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters with customers, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met. This role involves managing customer complaints, coordinating corrective actions, and continuously improving customer satisfaction through effective quality management.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interface:
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and customers for quality-related issues.
- Understand and communicate customer quality requirements and expectations to internal teams.

1. Complaint Management:
- Receive,



document, and manage customer complaints and feedback.
- Conduct thorough investigations to identify root causes of quality issues.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve complaints and prevent recurrence.

1. Quality Assurance:
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Perform audits and inspections to verify compliance with customer requirements.
- Perform Sorting Activities Based on Needs.

1. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, investigations, and resolutions.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on quality performance and improvement activities to both internal teams and customers.

- Analyse customer feedback and quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
