Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team supporting the Infor Mongoose platform. Mongoose is Infor’s rapid application development platform, enabling teams to build enterprise-grade applications efficiently.

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise applications built on the platform. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and cross-functional teams to validate functionality, performance, and scalability—helping deliver configurable, cloud-ready solutions that meet the evolving needs of our global customers.

This role requires a solid balance of manual testing and automation, with a focus on building and maintaining automated test coverage using Playwright with TypeScript, while ensuring thorough manual validation where needed.

A Typical Day In The Life Includes
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.




- Perform hands-on manual testing to validate end-to-end workflows, edge cases, and platform configurations.
- Develop and maintain automation tests using Playwright with TypeScript for UI and API validation.
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze results for continuous validation.
- Support integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Perform basic root cause analysis and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
- Ensure test coverage, traceability, and release readiness for assigned features.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
