Ledure Lightings Limited is looking for an
E-commerce Accounts Executive / Senior Executive
with hands-on experience in managing accounting and reconciliation for online marketplaces such as
Amazon and Flipkart
.

? Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end
E-commerce accounting
activities

• Manage accounting entries for
Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces
in Tally/SAP

• Reconcile
sales, settlements, returns, deductions and bank payments

• Track marketplace
short payments, claims and pending payments

• Manage
credit notes, debit notes, invoices and accounting documents

• Handle accounting related to
GST, TDS/TCS and marketplace deductions

• Maintain order-wise sales, returns, cancellations and stock movement records

• Prepare
daily, weekly and monthly MIS/reconciliation reports

• Coordinate with Accounts, Store and Dispatch teams for smooth operations

✅ Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Commerce /
B.Com preferred

•




3–4 years of Accounts experience

• E-commerce / marketplace accounting experience preferred

• Valuable knowledge of
Tally, ERP and SAP

• Strong working knowledge of
MS Excel

• Understanding of
GST, TDS/TCS, invoicing and accounting entries

• Experience with
Amazon/Flipkart settlement reconciliation
will be highly preferred
