Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end technological upgrades within the network, TL-NI, including:
- Migration from TP to IP-based systems.
- Replacement of End-of-Life (EoL) / End-of-Service (EoS) network equipment.
- Seamless integration across Access, Aggregation, and Core network layers.
- Drive OEM teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of equipment and solutions.
- Demonstrate solid program management capabilities with a proven ability to coordinate complex projects across multiple domains.
- Manage and lead a large team comprising 10+ Team Leads and Circle Coordinators with efficiency and clarity.
- Be highly task-focused and results-driven, with a clear goal-oriented approach to project execution.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of transport technologies including SDH, OTN, CEN,



and OLT.
- Proficient in IP/MPLS technologies, with hands-on knowledge of Cisco routers and Line Card Devices (LCDs).

Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams such as NOC, Network Operations, and Planning units.
- Deep understanding of various migration scenarios such as:
- Network upgrades.
- Ring splitting.
- Transport equipment swaps.
- Transport capacity enhancements.
