About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, AEO/GEO, Social Media Management, Technical SEO and Lead Generation, with a strong focus on driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns while leading end-to-end SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility, generate quality leads, and maximize return on investment.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage lead generation campaigns and optimize CPL, conversions, and ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets, audiences, keywords, creatives, and ad copies.
- Implement and monitor conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Implement AEO/GEO strategies to improve visibility across search engines and AI platforms.




- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Plan social media content and coordinate with content/design teams.
- Handle On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research and improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign and website performance and prepare reports.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing & SEO.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of AEO/GEO and Social Media Management.
- Good knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Experience with GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
