About the Role
As a Customer Support Executive VKYC at EnKash, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and compliant customer onboarding through Video KYC processes. You will be responsible for conducting VKYC verification, validating customer details and documents, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines,
and delivering a seamless onboarding experience. This role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a customer-first approach within a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Video KYC verification for customers as per internal and regulatory guidelines
Ensure compliance with KYC policies, RBI norms, and internal onboarding procedures
Guide customers through the VKYC journey and address queries in real time
Review and validate customer information for accuracy and completeness
Escalate discrepancies, suspicious cases, or incomplete documentation to relevant teams
Ensure adherence to defined quality standards, productivity metrics, and TAT/SLA requirements
