Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of EV charging infrastructure across commercial and institutional locations. The role involves identifying strategic sites, acquiring B2B clients, conducting site feasibility assessments, developing techno-commercial proposals and managing deal closures.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard potential clients across malls, hotels, hospitals, IT parks and corporate offices.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective EV charging sites.
- Meet senior stakeholders including Facility Heads, Admin Heads, CFOs and Sustainability Heads.
- Conduct on-site assessments covering parking, space availability and electrical infrastructure.
- Evaluate sanctioned load, transformer capacity, spare load and feasibility of electrical connections.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals covering AC/DC charger configurations, ROI and financial models.
- Negotiate revenue share, lease, agreement tenure, branding and exclusivity terms.
- Coordinate with engineering, electrical consultants,



project execution and legal teams.
- Support permissions, utility coordination and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Maintain client relationships and CRM records, and regularly report site visits, conversions and revenue pipeline.

Required Skills
- Strong B2B business development and client acquisition skills.
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing ability.
- Understanding of electrical infrastructure and EV charging systems.
- Ability to conduct site assessments and evaluate technical feasibility.
- Solid communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in EV, Energy, Infrastructure, Real Estate or B2B Sales will be preferred.
