Qualifications
- Commerce Graduate
- Relevant Experience: 23 years
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and validate payroll inputs.
- Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly timesheets.
- Manage payroll mailbox and resolve queries.
- Review payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain Excel trackers and payroll records.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies with stakeholders.
- Support invoice documentation and payroll reports.
- Ensure compliance with payroll policies and confidentiality.
Must Have Skills
- Experience in customer invoicing and invoice processing
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
- Good accounting and billing knowledge
- Experience in invoice submission through customer portals/EDI
- Invoice reconciliation and Statement of Account (SOA) handling
- Robust analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Good Have Skills
- Payroll reporting and reconciliations
- Invoice support and documentation management
- Stakeholder coordination and issue resolution
- Knowledge of payroll policies and compliance
