Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
SAP ABAP RAP Consultant
with 3–5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with strong hands-on expertise in
RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model)
and modern S/4HANA development.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SAP applications using
ABAP on S/4HANA
.
- Design and develop applications using
SAP RAP
and
CDS Views
.
- Develop
OData V4 services
using RAP.
- Work on
managed and unmanaged RAP scenarios
.
- Develop
Business Objects, Behavior Definitions, Behavior Implementations, and Service Definitions/Bindings
.
- Develop and optimize
ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms
.
- Work extensively with
ABAP OO, CDS, AMDP, and modern ABAP syntax
.
- Perform debugging, performance optimization, unit testing, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Follow SAP development standards and best practices.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in




SAP ABAP development

- Strong experience in
SAP RAP
and
S/4HANA development
.
- Good knowledge of
CDS Views and OData services
.
- Hands-on experience with
RAP BO, Behavior Definition, Behavior Implementation, Service Definition, and Service Binding
.
- Solid knowledge of
ABAP Objects and up-to-date ABAP syntax
.
- Experience with
AMDP, BAdIs, Enhancements, and User Exits
.
- Good understanding of
SAP S/4HANA architecture
.
- Experience working with
Eclipse / ADT (ABAP Development Tools)
.
- Valuable debugging and performance-tuning skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
- SAP Fiori / UI5 knowledge.
- Experience with
SAP BTP
and side-by-side extensibility.
- Knowledge of
CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model)
.
- Experience with
SAP Integration Suite / APIs
.
- SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration project experience
