Objective:
Recruit qualified and experienced seafarers for cruise vessels in accordance with company standards and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and screen candidates based on maritime experience, rank-specific skills, and valid certifications
- Administer technical assessments and coordinate interviews to evaluate competency and readiness
- Manage end-to-end onboarding logistics including documentation and regulatory compliance
- Maintain proactive communication with selected crew to ensure timely and seamless vessel joining
- Collaborate with fleet operations and relevant teams to forecast crew requirements and align recruitment timelines
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring compliance with data protection and audit standards
