?️ Key Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot
BIB scenarios
for HR master and organizational data replication.
- Monitor and maintain
BADIs
related to BIB and resolve production integration issues.
- Troubleshoot
HR Mini Master IDocs
,



including PA/OM segment processing errors.
- Support IDoc-based data transfer between
SAP S/4HANA and ECC
.
- Debug and optimize ABAP programs, enhancements and reports.
- Handle production incidents within agreed
SLA timelines
.
- Work closely with HR Functional, Basis and cross-functional teams for RCA and resolution.
- Support AMS activities covering incident, problem and change management.
- Experience with SAP CPI / PI/PO for HR integration is an added advantage.
