Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and maintain Visual Merchandising (VM) standards across stores.
- Ensure attractive product displays, mannequins, and window displays as per brand guidelines.
- Support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and recent store openings.
- Coordinate with Store Managers and teams to improve product presentation.
- Conduct regular store visits and share VM reports and photographs.
- Train store teams on VM standards and product display.
Desired Candidate:
- Experience in Visual Merchandising within the Fashion/Apparel Retail industry.
- Creative with good knowledge of fashion trends and product styling.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to travel to different store locations.
