About the Role:

SDE 3 C++ - 4 to 10 Years

Location: Pune (Hinjewadi Phase - 1) - WFO

Synopsis:

We’re looking for a
Software Development Engineer
with
6–10 years
of hands-on coding experience to join our Client. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software systems, lead a team of developers, and contribute to overall system architecture and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable software solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Review code and mentor junior developers (SDE 1 & 2)
- Lead a team of 4–8 engineers on technical delivery
- Troubleshoot, debug, and ensure performance & reliability
- Stay updated with emerging technologies
- Participate in sprint planning and team ceremonies





Skills & Qualifications:
- Robust in
C++, C
, shell scripting, and object-oriented design
- Experience with
CI/CD
, code deployment, and debugging from scratch is a good to have
- Experience with
Embedded Software
ownership
- Strong Experience with
Linux and networking protocols
- Proficient in
data structures

algorithms

Linux

SQL
- Familiar with
GitLab

Eclipse
,
Visual Studio

Jira
, and
Confluence
- Knowledge of
Kubernetes

- Excellent communication and code refactoring skills
