Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced FP&A; Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business partnering for multiple business units. This is a high-impact role requiring exceptional analytical ability, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. The selected candidate will work closely with senior leadership, including the CFO and regional Managing Directors, to support strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Own revenue forecasting, project pipeline analysis, and profitability reporting.
- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic financial insights.
- Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses.
- Prepare monthly management reports and executive presentations.
- Support board reporting and strategic planning initiatives.
- Drive process improvements across FP&A; and reporting systems.




- Collaborate with Accounting and Systems teams to enhance financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor a small FP&A; team while supporting hiring and performance management.

Candidate ProfileExperience
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Prior experience in consulting or qualified services is highly preferred.
- Experience managing a team of 2–3 members.
- Strong business partnering experience with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
