About the Role

We are looking for a strong, responsible, and highly organized Agency Manager who can take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our agency and ensure that teams, projects, clients,



and business targets are managed effectively.

The Agency Manager will oversee a team of approximately 15 members across different functions and will work closely with the management to ensure smooth operations, employee accountability, project delivery, client satisfaction, and business growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can identify problems, make decisions, manage people, follow through on execution, and take ownership rather than waiting for instructions.

The ideal candidate may come from a solid background in HR, Sales, Marketing, Web/App Development, or Digital Marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or SEO), but proven leadership and team-management ability are essential.
