Driving the product portfolio management, introductions and commercial marketing strategy across India for the field crop business at ACSEN Agriscience. This role supports the FC Business Head and divisional M&S; team by aligning product with market requirements and driving business goals through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national crop-wise strategies to drive growth, competitiveness, and market share.
- Oversee full product lifecycle-concept to phase-out-ensuring alignment with farmer needs, market trends, and organizational priorities.
- Lead national product launches with clear positioning, pricing, and promotional plans; monitor performance and drive corrective actions.
- Strengthen farmer engagement through insights, demos, and tailored demand-generation initiatives.
- Collaborate with R&D;, Sales, and Product Development to define product profiles, trials, and go-to-market readiness.
- Build capability across S&M; and RCM teams through training, mentoring, and structured knowledge-sharing initiatives.




- Proven track record in crop management and commercial marketing strategy.
- Experience in handling national-level product launches and portfolio management.
- Solid analytical, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
