Role Description
The Counselling Psychologist will provide individual and, when required, group counselling sessions to employees, students, and other beneficiaries within the 1to1help ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments,



developing care plans, offering short- and long-term therapeutic interventions, documenting sessions, and maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical standards. The role also involves participating in crisis intervention, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to workshops and webinars, and providing inputs for emotional risk assessments and tailored wellbeing programs. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Tirupati, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications
- Solid counselling and psychotherapy skills, including assessment, case formulation, and evidence-based intervention.
