Panchamritam is a food brand focused on bringing back simple, minimally processed food products that people can trust. Our portfolio currently includes wood-pressed and cold-pressed oils and traditional Indian snacks, with plans to expand our presence across Metro cities and other markets.

We are looking for a
Business Development Executive – Raipur
to help us build our presence in the city.

What you'll do
- Identify and build a database of potential
retailers, premium grocery stores, health & wellness stores, communities, corporates and other relevant sales channels
across Raipur.
- Reach out to prospective customers/partners through calls, WhatsApp, email and in-person visits.
- Introduce Panchamritam, explain our products and generate
trial orders and recent accounts
.
- Conduct product sampling and sales meetings where required.
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and customers.




- Follow up consistently on leads, samples, enquiries and orders.
- Identify new opportunities for partnerships, community sales and local activations.
- Track daily outreach, leads, meetings, samples and conversions in a simple CRM/sheet.
- Share regular updates on market feedback, competitor activity, pricing and customer preferences.
- Work closely with the founders to convert promising leads and build a strong Mumbai sales pipeline.

What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in
sales, business development, FMCG, food, retail or D2C
.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with
field sales and meeting people in person
.
- Highly proactive and comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations.
- Strong follow-up discipline, you don't give up after one unanswered call.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.
- Familiarity with Raipur's retail/FMCG ecosystem i
